Changes to SMS Notification Settings Effective June 1st 2023

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to provide further clarity on our previous communication regarding changes to our SMS notification system. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid inadvertent charges, we have decided to modify the default settings in our system.

Starting from June 1, 2023, all SMS notifications will be deactivated by default for all companies. However, should you still require this service, you can easily reactivate it at your convenience.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Navigate to the Main Menu in your account.
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to the Notifications section.
4. Here, you can re-enable SMS notifications based on your preference.

Please remember, a charge of 0.35€ per SMS will apply from June 1, 2023. All email notifications, including driver notifications, will remain free of charge, providing a cost-effective alternative for receiving timely updates.

We believe these changes will help you better manage and customize your communication preferences, thereby ensuring you have full control over your notification settings and associated costs.
