These options apply instantly across <strong>PDF offers<\/strong>, <strong>online offers<\/strong>, and <strong>copied content<\/strong>, making offers clearer, more professional, and easier to tailor for each customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/toprentapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Offer-transparency-controls-2-1024x469.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39426\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Reservation renewal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A dedicated <strong>Renew<\/strong> action is now available on reservation details. When used, a new reservation form opens pre-filled with data from the original booking and a <strong>consecutive rental period with the same duration<\/strong>. Users can review, adjust, and confirm the renewal through the standard reservation flow, with conflicts handled by existing availability validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/toprentapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Reservation-renewal.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39399\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Email reply-to handling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Notification emails now correctly set the <strong>Reply-To<\/strong> address to the company email when no custom domain is configured.<br>Emails are still sent from <em><a>no-reply@toprent.app<\/a><\/em>, but replies from clients, drivers, operators, and partners are routed to the appropriate company inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bug fixes &amp; stability improvements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Removed deactivated companies from all selectors across the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed billing calculation inconsistencies to prevent double-counting of expenses and ensure accurate daily and total pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplified partner vehicle selection in the Offer Generator to reduce extra steps and unnecessary API calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed a UI layout issue that prevented editing client information inside orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcac We\u2019re listening<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of these updates are the result of your direct feedback \u2014 thank you for helping us build a better Toprent!
