With Self Check-In, you can now send your customer a secure link to complete their personal details and upload required documents before arriving at your desk. Everything they submit appears directly in the reservation \u2014 so by the time they show up, the rental is practically ready to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>From the Reservations page, click the small Self Check-In icon next to the booking you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/toprentapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/start.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36366\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A short window opens, where you set up the request. Enter the customer\u2019s first and last name, select the language for the messages and page, and choose how you\u2019d like to send the link \u2014 by email, by SMS, or both. You only need one contact channel to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before saving, you\u2019ll see a note reminding you that the link expires one hour before the rental start. Click Save, and the system instantly generates a personalized self-check-in link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/toprentapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/save1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36373\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Right after that, you\u2019ll see a confirmation window showing the link itself and a Copy link button. You can resend it anytime or share it through WhatsApp or any other channel \u2014 no need to repeat the setup. If your customer ever loses the link, simply open the same booking again and click the self-check-in icon: the same link will reappear, ready to copy or resend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/toprentapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/copy-link.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36380\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the customer opens their link, they fill in their personal details, upload the required documents, and submit everything in a few simple steps. The data appears instantly in the reservation, ready for your team to review \u2014 no paperwork, no manual input.
